About Us

Pro Factory Resources Company Limited was established in 1993 in Hong Kong and moved to central London in 2023.

We were established as an exporter of consumer products in 1993. We have now diversified into a dynamic trading company with strong international ties, engaged in raw materials to consumer products for the energy and consumer industries. Our business line includes wood pellets, solar panels, and pet products. Evolving with changing market trends, through 31 years of successful trading, we have many satisfied clients in the USA, Germany, Japan, and China.

1993

The company was founded in Hong Kong and began exporting consumer goods to Japan. We sourced products for Japanese department stores, mail-order companies, and toy companies.

1995

We manufactured a garment cover based on an OEM project for a Japanese mail-order company. We sold 50 containers of the products to Japan. And the product became the year's best-seller in the mail-order industry.

1997

A Japanese handheld LCD game called Tamagotchi was hugely popular in Japan. We developed our design Pet game and exported a considerable quantity worldwide.
In the same year, we developed our new product, Spy ears (toys), and exported them to the USA. The product was hugely successful.
At the end of this financial year, the business achieved an annual turnover of US$5 million.
The company was restructured into a limited company and was renamed "Pro Factory Resources Company Limited" from Pro Factory Resources Company (Sole proprietorship).

2003

Developed the UK sales channel and sold the products to airlines and the consumer market.

We manufactured an innovative “Shocking Habit” product based on an OEM project for Blue Sky Studios UK. This is the first cigarette case with a shocking function to help people quit smoking.

2007

We started manufacturing solar panels in 2007.

We partnered with Ersol Germany, SolarWorld and Bosch Solar Germany, and we import premium German-made solar cells and manufacture high-quality solar panels in China.

2013

A subsidiary company Cici Pets Limited was founded and distributed Pets Supplies products in Hong Kong and China.

We are the distributors for the brands of Foufou pet Canada and Vest All Nature Australia.

2023

We moved our headquarters to London from Hong Kong.
